Ingredients: 54 ounces canned
sauerkraut -- undrained
2 pounds Polish kielbasa
sausage -- cut into 3 -inch
1 medium Onion -- thinly
1 teaspoon chicken
bouillon granules -- instant
1/2 teaspoon Celery seed
How To Prepare: In bottom of slow cooking
pot, layer 1 can sauerkraut,
1 lb sausage pieces,
half the onion slices, 1/2 t
boulllon and 1/4 t celery
seed. Repeat layers.
Cover and cook on low for
5-7 hours or high for 2-3
NOTES : Counts for
sauerkraut not included -
adjust accordingly
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 10g carbs total

Positive aspects of the product (pros): hits the spot
Cons: too vinegar tasting

Maybe with some spicey mustard it would enhance the flavour. The sourkraut was good but maybe it wasn't suppose to be the vinegar kind? Is their any other?
