Ingredients: 3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 clove garlic -- crushed
1 tablespoon minced onion
3/4 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 pounds chicken -- cut-up
How To Prepare: Combine oil, vinegar, garlic and seasonings. Add chicken and marinate for at least two hours. Broil, skin side down, 7-8 inches from heat, 30 minutes. Turn, broil 15-25 minutes or until tender -- brushing often with marinade.
