Positive aspects of the product (pros): none
Cons: not a low-carb recipe

A half a block of Ramen Pride noodles is 22 net carbs with seasoning packet. When you are on the Atkins diet, you need to eat a total of 20 carbs a day. This is NOT a low carb recipe. I don't think you know what low carb means.
