2 chicken breasts or 8 tenderloins
2 packages Ramen noodles
1 can creamy chicken mushroom soup
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 can mushrooms -- (4 oz.)
1 small package frozen broccoli florets
1/2 cup milk
How To Prepare:
Cook chicken until done. Cook ramen noodles 3 minutes, add only 1 of the spice packets. In bowl, mix together soup and milk. Combine all ingredients, reserve 1/2 cheese, in casserole dish and pour over soup/milk combination. Top with remaining cheese and bake at 325 degrees until cheese melts and is bubbly.
NOTES : Note that milk and ramen noodles are not Atkins Friendly, but may be ok for other low-carb plans.
