6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
6 pieces bacon
1 pint heavy cream -- 1 - 2
(I use 2 - it depends on how much you want)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 stick butter
2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
How To Prepare:
Place chicken in casserole dish. Top with uncooked bacon. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. While this is cooking melt butter in a soup pan add heavy cream and parmesian cheese. Stir often. Cook until alfredo sauce thickens. When chicken has cooked for 20 minutes remove from oven. Pour alfredo sauce over chicken top with mozzarella cheese. mix some of the cheese in the alfredo it makes it extra creamy. Bake for 20 more minutes.
This meal is very filling. Enjoy.
