Description:
Ingredients: 6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
6 pieces bacon
1 pint heavy cream -- 1 - 2
(I use 2 - it depends on how much you want)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 stick butter
2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
How To Prepare: Place chicken in casserole dish. Top with uncooked bacon. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. While this is cooking melt butter in a soup pan add heavy cream and parmesian cheese. Stir often. Cook until alfredo sauce thickens. When chicken has cooked for 20 minutes remove from oven. Pour alfredo sauce over chicken top with mozzarella cheese. mix some of the cheese in the alfredo it makes it extra creamy. Bake for 20 more minutes.


This meal is very filling. Enjoy.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): A great way to have alfredo sauce without pasta
Cons: Sauce never really thickened

This was delicious. I added garlic and ground pepper to my sauce, and used mixed Italiano cheese instead of mozza. I served the extra sauce over cooked spaghetti squash (which worked out very well). Next time, I think I'll use less cream or maybe add an egg or something to try and get the sauce to thicken up.
