1 pound stir fry chicken (cooked & Shredded)
2 cups cooked broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup -- (condensed NO WATER)
4 oz sliced mushrooms
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese -- finely shredded
How To Prepare:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place shredded chicken in the bottom of a 9x9 inch casserole dish. Then layer cooked broccoli over top. In a seperate bowl, mix soup, 1c cheese and mushrooms. Cover broccoli layer with this mixture. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Bake 20 - 30 minutes or until bubbly. I have also used leftover turkey in this and its really tasty.
