4 chicken breasts
4 italian sausage links
1 green pepper
1 large onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
8 ounces mozzarella cheese
How To Prepare:
Place 1 chicken breast between wax paper and pound out fairly thin. Repeat with remaining chicken breast. Put in fridge.
Remove italian sausage from skin, brown in skillet. Dice pepper and onion, add to skillet. Cook until tender. Add mixture to medium bowl, add shredded cheese.
In small bowl scramble egg add salt and pepper.
Remove chicken from fridge, remove wax paper. Add 2 tablespoons of sausage mixture to chicken breast, roll chicken breast and insert toothpick. Egg wash chicken, bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven let cool, remove toothpicks. Yummy!
