Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry. Sprinkle with salt & 1/2 teaspoon pepper; brush chicken with 2 tablespoons mustard. Place on lightly greased foil in a broiler pan. Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat 10 minutes.
Mix together remaining pepper & mustard, sour cream and capers. Top chicken and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, or until done.
