Ingredients: Grilled/Baked Chicken Strips (not breaded)
Shredded Cheese
Sour Cream
Black Olives
How To Prepare: Place cooked chicken strips on a plate. Add shredded cheese and black olives. Heat in microwave until cheese melts. Add about a Tablespoon of Salsa and 1 or 2 Tablespoons of Sour Cream (I use 2).

Positive aspects of the product (pros): fast
Cons: none

You can't get much quicker for a lunch. I left chicken strips in the skillet I cooked them in, turned off the heat, sprinkled on the cheese & put a lid on pan. Melts quickly w/o the risk of making tough in micro.
