2 Chicken Breasts - boneless skinless
1 wasa cracker ground in food grinder or food processor
2 slices mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons low carb tomato sauce - read the labels.
How To Prepare:
Wet the chicken and roll in crushed cracker, you can then
fry in olive oil or bake in oven. Melt mozzarrella cheese
and pour tomato sauce over before serving. This is awesome, and alot better than using pork rinds.
