6 chicken breasts -- boneless skinless
6 chicken thighs
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup parsley -- fresh
1/2 cup almonds -- or pecans or walnuts toasted
1 cup celery -- diced
3/4 cup green grapes -- seedless - halved (3/4 to 1)
How To Prepare:
Bake chicken, debone, cube and cool. Set aside. Whip cold whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold mayonnaise, parsley, almonds, celery and grapes into whipping cream. Add chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until served.
