1 medium cucumber (peeled and seeded and diced)
1 medium apple (chopped)
1 cup halved seedless green grapes
1 cup halved seedless red grapes
1/2 cup lowfat sour cream
1 tbls sugar (or splenda)
1 tbls minced parsley
How To Prepare:
Combine cucumber and fruits in a small bowl. Combine sour cream, sugar, and parsley. Pour over cucumber mixture. Toss to coat.
