1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon chives
2 tablespoons cream cheese
How To Prepare:
Melt butter in pan add 4 beaten eggs and chives cook until scrambled. Add cream cheese, melt salt and pepper to taste. You can vary the cream cheese according to taste. I also add 1 tabl. cream.
