2 chickens -- cut into 8 pieces each
1 small head cabbage -- cut into 8 wedges
2 small zucchini -- cut into 1/4s
2 medium turnips -- peeled and cut into 1/4's
1/2 stick butter -- cut into pats(about 8)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon salt -- pepper, garlic
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon caraway seeds -- optional
How To Prepare:
Put the chicken in the crockpot, then pile everything on top. Cook on low for overnight (8 hours or so) or high about 6 hours. Makes 8 huge servings!
