10 ounces frozen broccoli and cauliflower -- cooked and drained
2 cups cubed cooked turkey (chicken also works well)
1 can cream of mushroom soup -- (10.5 oz)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon curry powder
How To Prepare:
In an 8 inch baking dish, layer broccoli and turkey. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over turkey. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
