Positive aspects of the product (pros): Very easy to prepare. Economical meal.
Cons: None

This was a perfect recipe for me as it used the ingredients I was trying to use up.

Hubby called it 'dude food', but that didn't stop him having a second helping!

It comes out kinda like quiche and we all enjoyed it - even my picky six yo.

We had a large mixed salad with ours.
