2 cups water
1 tablespoon chicken stock powder
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 or 2 eggs
1 chopped green onion
And a generous splash of sesame oil
How To Prepare:
Boil 2 cups of water and stir in the chicken stock. Reduce heat and add the soy sauce. Beat the egg and pour it into the soup, stirring the soup as you do so. Add the chopped green onion, and some sesame seed oil to taste.
