3 Eggs, separated
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 Packet of sugar substitute
1/4 cup flour substitute; I use almond flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
How To Prepare:
Beat the egg whites until stiff. In a seperate bowl, beat egg yolks. Add sour cream, sweetener, flour, and salt to beaten egg yolks. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Cook on nonstick by small spoonfuls, browning both sides.
