3 Egg Whites (I use the powdered kind)
3 packets Splenda
2 Tbsp. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
How To Prepare:
Beat egg whites, Splenda and vanilla until stiff (like for meringue). Add whipping cream and beat a couple more minutes until creamy and frothy (whipping cream will make the meringue go down to liquid). Pour into a plastic cup with a lid and stick in freezer. Periodically shake cup until frozen. If you wait too long and it is too hard to eat with a spoon stick it in the microwave for 30 seconds. DELICIOUS!
(I stumbled on this while making meringue cookies and messed them up by adding whipping cream)
