Description:
Ingredients: 1 cup white wine vinegar
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup white wine
1 tablespoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Thyme
3 tablespoons Salt
10 cloves garlic -- minced
1 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
How To Prepare: Mix all ingredients and marinate two whole chickens which have
been cut in half. Marinate several hours in refrigerator. Grill chickens slowly until done.
