2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast -- (2 to 3)
cut into bite size pieces
1 1/2 cups distilled vinegar -- white
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Splenda
1 bulb garlic -- (or more) peeled and minced (That?s Bulbs, not Cloves!)
How To Prepare:
In a very large skillet combine vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and
Splenda. When marinade is hot, add chicken cooking slowly over
medium heat until chicken is thoroughly done. Enough to serve
