2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast -- (2 to 3)
cut into bite size pieces
1 1/2 cups distilled vinegar -- white
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Splenda
1 bulb garlic -- (or more) peeled and minced (That?s Bulbs, not Cloves!)
How To Prepare:
In a very large skillet combine vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and
Splenda. When marinade is hot, add chicken cooking slowly over
medium heat until chicken is thoroughly done. Enough to serve

This very easy to make recipe produces a tender chicken that does indeed surpise with a burst of the sweet and tangy. When preparing the chicken, consider tenderizing with a fork to allow the marinade to seep deep within the meat. I would also expect this to work well with pork or steak as well.
