Description:
Ingredients: 6 pork loin chops (1" thick)
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon rosemary
1 tablespoon thyme
1 cup finely crushed pork
rinds
6 tablespoons prepared
horseradish
3/4 stick butter -- (3/4 to 1)
How To Prepare: Marinate pork chops in olive
oil, rosemary, thyme & 1/2
tbls pepper
overnight. Remove and
cook chops for 5 min each
side. Blend softened butter,
horseradish, porkrinds &
remaining pepper together.
Place on pork chops and
bake at 350 for 8-10
minutes or until topping is
brown & chops are done.
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 19g carbs total

These pork chops were absolutly awesome! They came out beautifully, I should have taken a picture! Just the right amount of horseradish!

Cons: Slightly tangy - not sure why.

I'm not much into pork chops, but this was pretty good.

I loved these...my only complaint is that I couldn't get the topping brown enough for my liking. Will add more pork rinds next time.
