Flatten cutlets. Season with garlic powder or any other spice you like. Divide feta into 4 parts and crumble on turkey filets. Lay 3-4 asparagus spears on top of cheese. Begin at widest end of filet and roll up. Secure with small skewers at each end. Spray each side with Pam and cook on grill. (They cook up quickly.) Turn often to keep from burning - about 5-8 minutes. Baste with soy sauce for flavor.
