1 can Salmon
2 TBS Minced Onion
1 tsp Emeril's Original Essence (add more to taste)
2 or 3 TBS Real butter
How To Prepare:
Remove bones from salmon (most people don't, but I don't like them) Mix with
eggs,onion,and seasoning. Fry in nice sized patties in butter until browned
on both sides. I like to serve with a sauce made from horshradish and mayo.
VERY GOOD! (Oh, the Emerils seasoning is manditory, it really makes it good!
And be sure to fry in real butter, makes them very good!) Serve this with a
nice green salad and it makes a great lunch and is even good cold!
