Description:

Ingredients:
2 turkey breast
1 cup water
1 envelope zesty Italian seasoning
1 tsp. wheat flour -- or whatever you use as a thickener
How To Prepare:
Place turkey in crock pot with water and cook on high all day. Remove from pot and shred turkey with fork or in slices. Add seasoning packet to water and whisk in your thickening agent. It doesn't have to be a lot, and you can omit it all together if you want-especially if you're on induction. Once the meat is shredded or sliced add back to pot and cook on high for a while longer. You really want to make sure the turkey is tender.
Once the turkey is done, you can eat it as a sandwich on rev. rolls with a splash of hot sauce, you can add it to a salad, you can eat it with some Wasa crackers, or even on top of some cheese crisps. And, if you're not a big turkey fan, you can use chicken, or even strips of steak with taco seasoning instead of the Italian.
This is very good. My two kids-9 and 7 loved this. They ate it as a sandwich. Wanted seconds even. Very good for those evenings when you're tired, have class at night or simply not in the mood. And don't be afraid to add whatever seasonings you want!
