Ingredients: 1 head cabbage
1 pound ground sirloin
1/2 onion
1 tablespoon butter
knoor's sourbraten mix
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup cream cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup heavy cream

How To Prepare: Start by browning the
ground sirloin also put a
large pot of water on
to boil. After browning put in
collander to drain then dice
the onion and
saute in the butter then add
the ground sirlion and
onions in a bowl and
mix in the ricotta and cream
cheese then cut into the
cabbage so that the
leaves can come off around
the core put the head of
cabbage in the boiling
water and begin to seperate
the leaves they will come off
one at a time, tongs
help, then put a dollop of
filling in a partially cooked
cabbage leaf and
roll continue this process
until all the filling is gone.
line a big
casserole pan with the rolls
and then take 3 cups of the
water from the cabbage
water and add a package of
the sourbraten mix and the
1/4 cup of heavy cream,
mix to dissolve and then
pour onto the rolls, cover
and bake in oven at 350
for 40 minutes or
microwave for 25 minutes.
Too many freeze some for
or half the recipe.
