Description:
Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground pork
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion -- chopped
1 green pepper -- chopped
3 cans rotel tomatoes --
chopped
(about 12 oz. per can)
1 can regular chopped
tomatoes -- 28 ounce can
2 tablespoons chili powder
-- (2 to 3)
2 teaspoons cumin
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon red pepper
Tabasco to taste

How To Prepare: I brown the meat, then put
that off to the side. Then I
brown the onion and green
pepper in the olive oil. I add
the meat back to the pan
and the rest of the
ingredients and simmer for
about an hour.

Rotel tomatoes have the
green chilis added in.
They're great and spicy. You
can sub regular tomatoes if
you can't find Rotel.

To serve it, I put it in the
bowl and put bowls of
toppings out: sour
cream,shredded cheddar
cheese, chopped onions,
avocado and kidney beans
for non LC'ers. Non LC'ers
also sometimes like to
have spaghetti noodles as
an option, too. You put the
noodles in a bowl and put
the chili and toppings on
them.

It's good on hot dogs, too!
NOTES : Counts for regular
and rotel tomatoes not
included in totals.
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 28g carbs total
Effort (Easy, Average, Difficult): Easy
