2 Boneless Chicken Breasts
1/3 Cup Hot Sauce (Pick Your Favorite Flavor)
Hot 'N Spicy Porkrinds
1 Large Ziploc bag
2 TBSP Butter
How To Prepare:
Melt butter and hot sauce on stove (medium heat)in a frying pan.
Cut chicken into "nugget size" pieces and set aside. Put approximately 1/4 oz bag of hot n' spicy porkrinds into ziploc bag and crush. (Suggested method: make sure all air is out of bag, place bag between a towel and use a rolling pin until finely crushed.)
Put chicken pieces in bag and shake until chick is covered in "breading." Place pieces in warm sauce on stove, cover, until chicken thoroughly cooked.
For 1 extra carb per serving, dip in Helmann's Blue Cheese Dressing
