Description:
Ingredients: 3 any kind of sausage(no
fillers) - sliced into chunks
1 pound beef (at least) cut
into strips
(pork and chicken are good
too)
2 whole fresh tomatoes -
chopped
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
2 cups chopped fresh
mushrooms
1 zucchni - sliced into
"moons"
1 large onion - chopped
(I pretty much add any
veggies I feel like at the
time)
1 handful frozen baby
shrimp (however many you
like)
Season to taste and spice
with:
Cajun spice
Cayenne pepper
Black pepper
(cracked black pepper is
nice if you have it)
Basil
Oregano
(a package of chilli mix
powder works ok too)

How To Prepare: Cook beef and sausage
with onions until no longer
pink.Drain off fat Add
veggies and cook down.
Tomatoes should be
forming a nice coating.
When the tomatoes have
cooked down to "stew-like"
consistency, add shrimp.
Cook until shrimp are
thawed and hot. Add
seasonings to taste. The
spicier the better! This was
an experiment in cooking
that tuned out FABULOUS!!!
It is SO easy to vary the
recipe to the number of
people eating. The
tomatoes cook down to
make a GREAT Cajun dish!
