Description:
Ingredients: 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
5 oz. Celery
3 oz. Green Bell Pepper
5 oz. Onion
3 cloves of Garlic
¼ cup Heavy Cream


3 lbs Lean Ground Beef
2 Lg. Eggs
½ cup Parmesan Cheese
1 14oz can Hunts Tomato Sauce (no-sugar added)
How To Prepare:
Chop celery, pepper, onions, garlic and sauté in olive oil until tender.
Then add cream. Keep over heat and stir to reduce the cream just a little bit and then remove from heat and set aside to cool. Add eggs, Parmesan cheese, cream/veggie mixture and a can of no-sugar tomato sauce.
Squish up well. Put in a sprayed 9x12 glass pan and bake at 400 F. until done
(aprox 1hour)
You might have to drain some fat after it’s cooked, this will give you less fat % and calories?
Season with sea salt/pepper

Very good. I cut the recipe in half and also added parmesan cheese.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): this was so great!!!!!
Cons:

i made this the other night. i did not follow all the directions though. on the onions,celry,green peppers i just mixed in the meat mixture with out sauting. i like a little crunch in my meatloaf with the vegs. i put kraft parmesain cheese in the mixture 3/4 cup to keep meat together . i took red gold tomatoe sauce -no sugar added and put half can in the meat mixture and mixed my meatloaf together and added the rest of sauce on to of meatloaf and put in pan and baked 1 hour and 15 mintues in oven. it really was great. i like the cream in the meat loaf. sue
