Positive aspects of the product (pros): Very tasty, can't even tell it's low carb!
Cons: You have to really crush up the pork rinds, if you get a big piece of one it's pretty gross

This is my new favorite thing to make! I recommend making it with ground sirloin as it lowers the fat content and it's really tender. Also, it's great if you cook it with a sauce on top using
8-oz tomato sauce
6-oz tomato paste
1/4 cup sugar substitute (recommended: Splenda)
2 teaspoons water
