3/4 cup cooked chicken -- or any meat - I like chicken
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup minced onion
1 teaspoon capers
3 eggs -- beaten
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 cup half and half
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
How To Prepare:
Preheat oven to 350, spray with non stick spray a 9 inch pie pan, layer meat, cheese, tomatoe, onion, and capers. Blend eggs, mustard, salt and half and half, pour mixture over layered ingrdients. Bake in oven 40-50 min. or until knife inserted comes out clean. Can be varied using any type of meat, cheese, and vegetables allowed.
