2 chicken breasts -- cubed
2 jalapeno peppers -- cut in thin strips
1 slice onion -- thick, diced
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup frozen broccoli -- (1/2 to 3/4)
1/4 cup cheese
1/4 cup salsa
How To Prepare:
In a skillet, saute jalapeno, onion, garlic & chicken in olive oil until chicken is cooked through. Add broccoli, simmer covered until broccoli is cooked through. Add cheese and salsa. Simmer uncovered until most liquid is cooked out.
