1 ounce cream cheese -- softened
1 tablespoon butter
1 package artificial sweetener
cinnamon -- to taste
How To Prepare:
Mix cinnamon and 1/3 pack of the sweetener with cream cheese.
Saute egg in butter as if making an omelette. Sprinkle the egg batter lightly with a tiny bit of sweetener. Saute until almost set. Break up and sprinkle the cheese mixture over the cooked omelette (like you would a normal omelette). Fold omelette in half (like a crescent moon). Let it get nice and warm inside. Then serve.
