3 chicken breast -- full, boneless
1 dash pepper
3 tablespoons prepared mustard
crushed pork rinds - as finely as you can
How To Prepare:
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. In a bowl, beat together egg & mustard. In a separate bowl, combine cheese & crushed pork rinds and mix well. Dip chicken in egg mixture then roll in cheese mixture until well coated.
Lay on cookie sheet and allow to set for about 10 minutes. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until done.
