1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet. Remove as much skin as possible from drummettes. Sprinkle chicken with pepper.
2. Combine splenda, cayenne, garlic, and mustard. Brush mixture onto chicken, coating all sides lightly and evenly.
3. Place on prepared baking sheet and bake until light brown (about 30 minutes). Serve hot.
