3 pounds cut up chicken -- (3 to 3 1/2)
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup water
How To Prepare:
Heat oven to 350. Wash and dry chicken, put in baking dish. Combine seasonings and melted butter, brush over chicken, coating well. Sprinkle with almonds. Pour cream around chicken. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake 45
minutes, uncover and bake 10-15 minutes more until tender.
