2 cups cooked chicken (or turkey) breast -- cut into chunks
1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
1/4 stalk celery -- chopped
4 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 pinch nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste
How To Prepare:
Mix cream cheese, cream, and nutmeg till well blended and to the consistency of thick salad dressing. Add the chicken and celery and blend well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with toasted almonds sprinkled on top.
