Description:
Ingredients: 8 chicken breast --
boneless, skinless
2 cups ranch salad
dressing
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup pecans -- chopped
fine
How To Prepare: Prepare buttered roasting
pan(in other words, spray
with Pam). Dip chicken
breasts in dressing and roll
in mixture of cheese and
pecans. Bake uncovered at
325 degrees for 1 hour.


NOTES : Carbs for ranch
dressing used in this recipe
is 18.13 per cup - adjust for
your brand.
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 49g total
