Ingredients: 2 pounds link sausage --
cut into 8 equal pieces
8 each cabbage leaves --
1 cup sharp cheddar
cheese -- shredded
1 cup ragu double cheddar
sauce -- 12g carbs
How To Prepare: Spray a 9x9 casserole pan
with cooking spray. Preheat
oven to 400f.
Blanch cabbage leaves in
boiling water for 20
seconds -or until they
just pliable. On each leaf,
place 1 sausage link and
1/8 of the cheese(about 2
tablespoons). Roll up,
tucking in all ends, and
place, seam side down in
casserole dish. Spoon
cheese sauce over all and
bake, uncovered, for approx
30 minutes
or until sausage is heated
NOTES : Counts for
sausage and ragu cheese
sauce not included in totals.
