Stock pot 2 Cans (28 oz) stewed, diced tomatos w/ basil,garlic spices in them. (like S&W) 2 Cups cream (whipping, or heavy cream) 4 cups chicken broth salt/pepper to taste fresh, shredded parmasan(if want) How To Prepare: Pour all ingredients into pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes..done! Add salt/pepper if needed and parmasan on top if you would like.. MMMM hot, tomatoey soup for you! It freezes well for lunches. Number of Servings: 10-12 people or servings Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: Only carbs are the tomatoes... Preparation Time: NONE! Yes | Price you paid?: None indicated | Rating: 10    Positive aspects of the product (pros): Very EZ Cons: You can add a 1/2 stick of butter. Let it melt in the tomatos before you add the cream. You can reduce the cream by half in this recipe and the flavor is still fantastic! I add chicken or ground beef and veggies for stew. Fresh basil or cilantro make tasty additions as well.

Yes | Price you paid?: None indicated | Rating: 10    Positive aspects of the product (pros): SOOOOO SIMPLE! Cons: none at all! Oh my God! This is just fantastic and anyone can make it. You go from start to finish in minutes! Will definately make again and again. I added mozarella when serving instead of parmesan. YUM!
