1 Lg. Stock pot
2 Cans (28 oz) stewed, diced tomatos w/ basil,garlic spices in them. (like S&W)
2 Cups cream (whipping, or heavy cream)
4 cups chicken broth
salt/pepper to taste
fresh, shredded parmasan(if want)
How To Prepare:
Pour all ingredients into pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes..done! Add salt/pepper if needed and parmasan on top if you would like.. MMMM hot, tomatoey soup for you! It freezes well for lunches.
