4 Skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 cups parmesan cheese
1/2 cup crushed pistachio nuts
How To Prepare:
Take the butter and melt it with the garlic in a separate container. In another container put crushed p stachios and parmesan cheese and mix together. Dip chicken into butter and then coat with parmesan cheese mix.
Heat pan with oil and brown both sides.
Put into oven at 350 for 35 - 40 minutes. You're done! It is a version of a hazelnut chicken recipe we ate at a very nice restaurant in Cannon Beach, Oregon on vacation. Feel free to use any kind of nut you wish. My favorite just happens to be pistachios.
