1 Lg. Jar of Marinara basil sauce (look for ones w/no sugar) Classico brand is good.
Shredded cheese (mozzerella, parmasan, colby jack, cheddar, whichever you choose).
1 potato peeler (utensil)
1/2 package of pepperoni (full fat version or turkey)
Olive oil or olive oil spray
How To Prepare:
Wash zucchini's, put some olive oil( 2 TbS worth) in a frying pan. Peel zucchini's long ways with potato peeler until all is done into pan, fry up for about 3 minutes on medium/high until tender. Then pour in Jar of marinara sauce, throw in pepperoni's and cheese.
Done in about 10 mins or less, a pizza meal! Gets rid of those pizza cravings!
