1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 large onion -- chopped or diced
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 cup mushrooms -- raw, sliced
1 1/2 cups asparagus spears -- raw, cut in thirds
1 1/2 cups broccoli florets -- raw
5 ounces chopped Ham
1/2 cup gluten flour
1/2 cup grated Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs
How To Prepare:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9-inch glass dish. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Cook onion for 4 minutes. Add mushrooms. Cook until onions start to brown. Turn the heat off and add broccoli, ham and asparagus. Season to taste. Transfer to baking dish.
In a bowl whisk together the cream, eggs and flour. Pour the mixture over the ingredient already in the baking dish.
Top with the cheddar and parmesan cheese.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Note: The ham can be substituted with bacon or any meat of your choice. Fresh asparagus can be substituted for canned asparagus. Broccoli can be substituted for cauliflower.
