1 salmon, canned -- with juice
1/4 stick butter -- (1/4 to 1/2)
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups half and half
Seasonings (such as Accent -- pepper)
How To Prepare:
Melt butter over medium heat, then add salmon with its juice. Season to
taste. Stir until well mixed and heated through. Add broth and half and
half. Continue to stir, over medium heat, until heated through.
Note: I add drops of Tabasco sauce to my individual bowl. Also, the butter
will separate as it cools. Stirring will reincorporate it into the soup.
