1 dozen eggs, hard-boiled
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon brown mustard -- Gulden's Spicy Brown Mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
How To Prepare:
Place yolks in a mixing bowl. Add all ingredients (ground pepper is to taste ... at least two good twists on the pepper shaker). Mix at "whip" speed, then take a taste. You should have a spicy "kick" a second or two after tasting ... if you want it hotter, just add more cayenne. If you'd like it a little creamier, add more spicy brown mustard instead of mayo.
Top each egg with paprika.
