2 pounds fresh oysters -- more if you want
1 pint heavy cream
1 Stick Butter
salt and pepper -- to taste
How To Prepare:
Melt butter until foam has subsided. Add fresh oysters (along with the
juice) saute until edges curl slightly. Add 1 pint of whipping cream fill
the rest of your pot with water (4-6 cups)
stir frequently until soup begins to boil. Turn heat down and simmer for
10-15 minutes stirring frequently. Add Salt and Cracked Pepper as needed.
Serve. We get atleast 2-3 meals out of this adding more oysters as needed.
