Description:
Ingredients: 2 pounds lean ground beef
2 cans diced tomatoes -- in their own juice
3 ounces tomato paste
3 cans beef broth
3 cans water
2 zucchini -- diced
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced onion
1 teaspoon salt and pepper -- to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 can green beans -- optional
How To Prepare: l. Brown ground beef and drain grease well. Add everything except green
beans and simmer, uncovered, for 1 hour. Add the green beans and heat
through.


2. This is heartier than a regular soup - more like a stew.
Number of Servings: 10

Positive aspects of the product (pros): delicious and easy!
Cons:

This is really yummy! I only added one can of tomatoes (reduce carb count) and used the green beans. It's quite yummy. I used my crock pot and added some fresh garlic too! Try it!
